(Kailua-Kona) – The DLNR Division of Ocean Boating and Recreation (DOBOR) will hold an online public hearing via Zoom on September 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. for proposed changes to Hawaii’s Business Rules (HAR) relating to surf school regulations for the ocean waters of Kahalu’u Bay.
All interested parties are invited to testify on the proposal, orally or in writing. Interested persons who wish to testify verbally must log on to the Zoom webinar via the Internet or by telephone within 30 minutes of the start of the hearing.
